All oral presentations, as well as most poster presentations, are now available online!
The Conference Abstract Book is available. Download it here.
Sunny and beautiful for the welcome day in Sintra!
If you are presenting a poster at the Deep15 Conference, please note you are asked to bring your poster printed at a maximum A0 size (84 by 119 cm) and ready to be put on display. The poster panels allow for a portrait display. Please let us know if you have a landscape-oriented poster.
You will be able to advertise your poster directly to the conference participants. At the “Poster Vertigo” Sessions (see the Conference Program) we want you to say, using just 2 slides (30 seconds each), why your fellow participants should go and carefully see your poster – no questions asked! For this fast-paced presentation, we are asking you to send us your two slides before the conference starts.
If you are presenting a talk at the Deep15 Conference, please note you are asked to upload your talk to the conference computers. Please provide your presentation to the session chair or the organisers well before your session.
Please note that the following systems will be available:
(preferred) Mac OS: Powerpoint 2011, Keynote, Acrobat Reader
(also available) Windows 8: Powerpoint 2013, Acrobat Reader
The final programme for the deep15 conference is now online. Due to the massive number of contributions proposed many exciting presentations couldn’t be included as oral presentations, but poster space will be available and short poster presentations will be prepared. We are now contacting all participants with further information.
Due to the high number of registrations and proposed contributions, the final program is still being defined. We have at this time postponed the conference programme publication to the 8th of December – apologies for any inconvenience caused.
First announcement has been released!
Gearing up for the Conference #deepconf first announcement, on April 7th. Stay tuned!
