Logistics for the Deep15 Posters
If you are presenting a poster at the Deep15 Conference, please note you are asked to bring your poster printed at a maximum A0 size (84 by 119 cm) and ready to be put on display. The poster panels allow for a portrait display. Please let us know if you have a landscape-oriented poster.
You will be able to advertise your poster directly to the conference participants. At the “Poster Vertigo” Sessions (see the Conference Program) we want you to say, using just 2 slides (30 seconds each), why your fellow participants should go and carefully see your poster – no questions asked! For this fast-paced presentation, we are asking you to send us your two slides before the conference starts.
Logistics for the Deep15 Speakers
